About the Role

FRONT DESK COORDINATOR Alpharetta | Full-Time We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental practice, Ivry Dental. This position is ideal for a warm and proactive professional to join our front desk team, who enjoys building relationships with patients, helping them move forward with treatment, and contributing to the growth of a practice. You'll share scheduling, insurance and patient communication with your teammates so the office runs smoothly every day. Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7:30am- 4:30pm and Saturdays from 7:30am-2pm What you'll do: Patient Communication & Scheduling - Answer calls professionally and warmly - Schedule new and existing patients and keep the schedule running efficiently. - Confirm appointments and Respond to patient via phone, text, and email Treatment Coordination - Present treatment plans and financial options - Review insurance estimates and patient portions -Collect payments and coordinate financial arrangements - Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment - Help patients understand the value of recommended care Insurance Coordination - Verify insurance benefits - Obtain pre-authorizations when necessary - Communicate with insurance carriers regarding patient benefits and treatment coverage Patient Retention & Practice Growth - Manage recall and reactivation systems - Follow up with overdue patients - Request and manage online reviews - Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion What we're looking for: - Bilingual English/Spanish - 2+ years of dental front office experience preferred - Confidence presenting treatment and discussing finances and insurance - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Open Dental experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: - $20-$27 per hour, depending on experience - Performance-based bonus opportunities - Paid time off - Dental benefits - Continuing education - Room to grow with the practice.
