OPEN INTERVIEWS >>>> SEE BELOW What You'll Do: - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally: you are the first impression of our practice - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with precision and care - Handle high call volumes while maintaining a calm, friendly, and helpful demeanor - Collect and verify patient information accurately - Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow - Respond to voicemails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner - Proactively follow up with patients to reduce no-shows and keep the schedule full - Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-desk environment What We're Looking for: - Exceptional phone communication skills — clear, warm, and professional every time - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or a similar client-facing role - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment - Strong attention to detail: accuracy matters here - A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help people - Reliability and punctuality: our patients count on us, and we count on you - Basic computer proficiency; experience with scheduling software is a plus - Healthcare or medical office experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person - Minimum requirement: ability to convert at least 5 incoming calls into scheduled patient appointments per day Our Interview Process To respect everyone’s time and create a more efficient hiring experience, our interview process is designed to move quickly.
