We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Bilingual Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of dental administration, insurance, and patient relations. Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations to ensure an efficient and productive dental practice. Lead, train, and supervise front-office and administrative staff. Manage employee schedules, performance, and accountability. Implement operational improvements to increase productivity and reduce overhead expenses. Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow. Insurance & Financial Management Manage dental insurance verification, claims, preauthorizations, and appeals. Oversee accounts receivable, insurance aging reports, and outstanding patient balances. Monitor daily production, collections, and financial performance. Coordinate patient billing, payment arrangements, and financial consultations. Maintain accurate financial records and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Treatment Coordination & Patient Relations Present comprehensive treatment plans and financial options to patients. Improve treatment acceptance through effective communication and patient education. Manage patient scheduling to maximize provider utilization and minimize cancellations. Address patient concerns professionally and maintain high patient satisfaction. Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to assist our diverse patient population. Administrative & Compliance Maintain proficiency in Dentrix practice management software. Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and established office policies. Develop and implement systems to improve scheduling, communication, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous dental office management or dental operations experience required. Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong knowledge of Dentrix or comparable dental practice management software. Extensive understanding of PPO dental insurance, claims processing, billing, and collections. Experience with treatment planning and financial presentations. Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a professional environment.
