At Auburn Hills Family Dentistry teamwork is a vital part of creating our friendly and helpful environment. Our thriving office staff emphasize that everyone helps where they are needed. At this time we are looking for a front desk team member who is willing to be a team player with AT LEAST 1 YEAR of experience. We expect our next teammate to support the other team members, verify insurance, greet our patients with a genuine smile, answer phone inquiries, review treatment plans, and maintain our expanding schedule. It is not required but it would be a plus if the candidate is cross trained. We pride ourselves in caring for our patients as we welcome them to the office, conduct their procedures in a timely manner, and conclude their visit at the front desk. We are looking for someone with outstanding patient communication skills, loves giving compassionate care, is eager to learn and be trained, and is willing to help the practice grow.
