Experience with Front Desk duties or Treatment Planning are both accepted. As a Front Desk person, you would be checking patient in and out, and show off your personality and customer service accolades. As the Treatment Coordinator, you would sit with patients, walk them through their treatment plans, answer their questions, handle the financial conversation with confidence, and turn 'let me think about it' into 'let's schedule it.'
