An established dental practice in Jackson, NJ is seeking a personable and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join the team part-time. About the Practice
– 2,300 active patients
– Balanced payer mix: 50% PPO / 50% FFS
– 1 full-time and 1 part-time doctor

Ideal Candidate
– DDS or DMD with active NJ license in good standing

Position Overview: General Dentist needed in Laurel Springs, NJ

A full-time General Dentist with 4+ years of experience is needed in Laurel Springs.

Practice Environment:

• Diverse payer mix, accepting all forms of insurance, with a high volume of Medicaid patients
• Each office typically has 2-3 hygienists and a dental assistant for each doctor (or more)
• Dental Director onsite with a team of 1-4 other dentists, depending on office size

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed hourly rate for the first 90 days, or 30% of collections, whichever is higher. After 90 days, compensation transitions to collections only. The guaranteed rate depends on experience.
