- Deliver full-scope general dentistry, with a high volume of endodontics and implant cases.
- Lead patient treatment planning with a compassionate and confident approach.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain clinical quality and a positive culture.
- Build toward partnership with mentorship in business operations and ownership logistics.
- State-of-the-art systems including digital imaging, implant supplies, sedation options, and an ortho bay. Tech-forward and investment-ready.
- Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience, ideally with AEGD/GPR training.
- Procedures: Must be comfortable with root canals and implants.
- Schedule: Part-time to start (2–4 days/week) with the potential to increase as you grow into ownership.
- % of adjusted production (final structure negotiable based on experience and timeline to equity).

- Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Take dental x-rays
- Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
- Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice
- Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health
- Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns
- Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
- Perform digital intraoral scans
- Support patient charting for doctors
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
- Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
