Cansler Dental is an established PRIVATE general cosmetic practice with an excellent long-term team and patient base. We are fully digital, utilize the latest technology, and operate using OpenDental software. We also place and restore implants, so knowledge of this is a plus! We are looking for our next team leader who is outgoing, has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, and is self-motivated. Experience managing the front desk and administrative duties is necessary. Your duties would include, but are not limited to: · Assisting with answering phones and checking in patients · Assisting with updating necessary patient paperwork and assistance managing patient correspondence received from specialty offices. · Scheduling hygiene recare · Assisting with printing and reviewing treatment plans with patients and schedule accordingly in doctor’s operatories. · Accounts Receivable -3+ years of consistent experience is needed. This includes posting primary and secondary insurance checks, following up on outstanding balances, sending statements, and patient collections. · Other responsibilities would include monitoring daily, monthly, and yearly production and collections, creating order lists for office needs, serving as doctor and staff liaison, and more.
