Committed to providing top-notch customer service and dental care, we seek an experienced, professional, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to lead our team. Responsibilities: • Conducted treatment planning and presented cases to patients effectively. • Work with patients on financial planning and explore third-party financing options (e.g., Care Credit). • Implement preventative care and treatment recall strategies. • Oversee and manage patient scheduling for optimal efficiency. • Utilize bilingual (Spanish) skills when applicable (though not mandatory). Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office setting. • Strong communication skills, both in presenting treatment plans and interacting with patients. • Ability to independently problem-solve and motivate a team for exceptional customer service. • Familiarity with third-party financing options, especially Care Credit.
