Smile Makers of Georgia is a Cosmetic Dental Practice located in Alpharetta, GA. We are seeking a skilled and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team. The Treatment Coordinator should ensure seamless patient experiences by effectively communicating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial arrangements. The Job position also requires Dental Billing and Claims processing skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. This is a growing Dental Practice with excellent growth potential. This is a part-time position but will soon transition to a full-time position. This position also has a potential to be promoted to the Office Manager position. Benefits will be provided if the candidate shows long term commitment for this position. Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft) preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes The job requires consent for criminal background check.
