Our team is growing! We are looking to hire an experienced Orthodontic Assistant part time W, Fri and one Sat a month. This assistant must have 2 or more years of experience in all aspects of orthodontic dentistry. The orthodontic assistant is responsible for assisting our Orthodontist, scanning and taking photos/ x-rays as directed by the Orthodontist, and entering treatment as prescribed by our Orthodontist. The hours for Wed are 8:30- 5 pm and Fri and Wed 8:30- 2pm. We are also hiring a Patient Care Coordinator. Dental/Orthodontic front desk experience is preferred but we will train the right person. This position is responsible for welcoming patients, providing post treatment calls, maintaining a full schedule and making sure that our patients feel our appreciation that they selected our office to receive their dental care. This is a full time position, 36 hours per week. Finally, we are hiring a Hygiene Assistant. This position supports our hygienists to provide exceptional care for your patients. A friendly and warm personality is a must for this position as the hygiene assistant must be able to engage our patients and make sure that they are comfortable during their visits. The hygiene assistant is responsible for taking x-rays and digital scans, charting with the hygienist and doctor, entering and organizing treatment based on the doctor's recommendations, setting up and breaking down clinical rooms and assisting other team members complete tasks necessary for an organized office. One year of assisting experience is preferred but we will train the right person. This is a full time position, 36 hours per week.
