This opportunity is rare—our hygiene department has extremely low turnover, and the only reason this position is available is because one of our wonderful hygienists of three years relocated out of state. What Makes This Role Different: Supportive Hygiene Team: Our hygienists collaborate daily, support one another, and participate in regular training and calibration with our doctors so everyone is aligned in patient care. Not a Managed-Care Office: We are a privately owned practice—not a DSO or volume-driven PPO office. That means you’ll have the time you need with patients without ever feeling rushed. Strong Periodontal Program: You’ll play a vital role in helping patients improve and sustain long-term periodontal health through education, risk assessment, and personalized care. Experience preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Comfort with digital dentistry and dental software.
