We’re currently looking for an experienced EFDA who has a positive attitude, a team player, and ready to contribute their skills to a growing practice. Candidate MUST have 3+ years experience, conscientious about cleanliness and their appearance. Open Dental software experience is a plus!! Preferred Qualifications MUST BE PROFICIENT IN: * Using iTero Scanner *Invisalign attachment placement which includes: Reviewing the ClinCheck or Invisalign prescription to identify where attachments are needed. Preparing teeth, applying bonding agent and composite using Invisalign templates, checking accuracy and educating the patient about aligner fit over attachments *Provisional crown fabrication and cementation which includes: Crown fitting and adjustments, digital scans of prepared teeth for provisional crown fabrication temporary cementation mixing and applying temporary cement to secure provisional crowns and educate patients on temporary crown care. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a wide variety of clinical procedures Document procedures, patient notes, and materials used for treatment Perform expanded functions as allowed by state regulations, including: Placing and removing matrices and wedges Placing sealants and fluoride Taking radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Maintain accurate patient records and charting Send your resume and a brief cover letter to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] or through Dental Post.
