Position Overview: The RDH will work closely with our dentists and team members to provide top-quality preventive care and patient education. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, gentle, and passionate about helping others smile confidently. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and chart findings Take digital x-rays as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Apply fluoride treatments and sealants Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications: Active Georgia RDH license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-focused attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive, collaborative work environment Join Us!
