Are you a personable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives in a team environment and loves delivering an exceptional patient experience? Our growing endodontic specialty practice is looking for a motivated assistant to join our dynamic team! About Us: We’re a Monday–Thursday office (occasional Fridays) focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered endodontic care in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional Fridays: Hours vary Responsibilities include: -Preparing and flipping operatories for consultations and procedures -Assisting the doctor during endodontic treatments (RCT, re-treatments, and apicoectomies) -Taking digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos -Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical notes -Assisting with referral letters and communication to referring dentists -Managing sterilization and maintaining OSHA compliance -Providing excellent chairside manner and patient support throughout procedures Qualifications: -Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification required -Prior endodontic experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate -Must be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills -Must be reliable, professional, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment -Willingness to occasionally assist in both Marietta and Alpharetta locations Why Join Us: -Supportive, team-focused culture -Hands-on training in a specialty field -Competitive pay and growth opportunities -Patient-first environment with a modern, technology-driven approach If you’re an energetic, clean, and compassionate assistant ready to grow in the field of endodontics, we’d love to meet you! 📩 To apply: Please email your resume and a short introduction about yourself and why you’d be a great fit for our team.
