Permanent Position with Transition into Full Time for New Dental Practice Our practice prides itself on providing exceptional patient care, and as the Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth workflow, reinforcing best practices, and enhancing our patients' experience through your compassionate approach. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dental assisting team Assist the dentist during various procedures with precision Ensure that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained Provide excellent chairside manner for patients to ensure comfort and understanding during procedures Train and mentor junior dental assistants on best practices Help in scheduling appointments and managing patient records Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency Requirements Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent qualification EFDA Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental assistant Strong leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in dental software and electronic health records Knowledge of infection control procedures and regulatory standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Comfortable with iTERO, and digital technology
