Description

We are a well-established, patient-centered periodontal and implant specialty practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment. Our team focuses on providing exceptional clinical care and creating a comfortable experience for every patient. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team and grow with us. Responsibilities: Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures and implant surgeries. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain strict infection control protocols. Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs as needed. Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients and ensure their comfort throughout the visit. Maintain accurate patient records and charting in our practice management system. Manage operatory setup and turnover efficiently between patients. Support front office team as needed with scheduling, patient flow, and communication. Maintain dental inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Qualifications: *Dental Assistant Certification (state-required credentials). *Radiology certification and CPR certification required. **Prior experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is preferred, with at least 2-3 years dental assisting experience** *Excellent communication and patient care skills. *Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a relaxed environment. *Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
