We are looking for you! Our office is a small, close knit, private practice looking for our new teammate. We have many long-term, dedicated patients in the practice which is 100% fee for service. Our sleek and modern, non-corporate office is located in Marietta. We are looking for the right person to join our amazing and caring team. Throughout the year we try to have fun with group outings including the Atlanta Braves, back massages, manicures, Top Golf, winery and more! The office strives to deliver comprehensive dental care in an honest and ethical environment. Overview $18-$28 per hour Amazing hours, 8am-3pm! Monday-Thursday. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. This staff member will report to the office manager and assist with daily front desk tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently. Perform insurance verification and handle patient inquiries regarding coverage. Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health information management standards. Utilize office management systems to track patient information and manage billing processes. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate patient flow and enhance overall patient experience. Stay updated on dental terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Experience Familiarity with insurance verification. Proficiency in office management systems, including Open Dental. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
