What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Prioritize comprehensive exams, periodontal education, and early intervention. Be skilled or enthusiastic about cosmetic dentistry and smile-enhancing solutions. Be Invisalign certified or trained in another clear-aligner system (preferred but not required). Demonstrate strong leadership skills and inspire excellence within the clinical team. Be highly motivated to help grow the practice, build patient relationships, and contribute to the long-term vision. Deliver exceptional communication and patient education, creating trust and long-term loyalty. Thrive in a modern, digital, tech-forward environment.
