Entry-Level Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician O’Shea Dentistry Did you just recently graduate from Dental Assisting school? You’ll start by mastering sterilization, infection control, and instrument management while honing the skills you gained in dental assisting school with an experienced, supportive team. What You’ll Do Manage sterilization, instrument processing, and room turnover with precision and consistency. Assist chairside as you learn — honing the skills you gained in dental assisting school and growing into confident, high-quality patient care Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and help maintain an efficient clinical flow. Participate in daily huddles, team learning, and a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn — dental assisting and X-ray certification required. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. Reliability, humility, and a genuine desire to help both patients and team members.
