Description

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator with dental assisting (or dental front desk) experience who can dedicate full focus to marketing tasks on selected days. This role is ideal for someone who already understands dental procedures, patient flow, and the culture of a pediatric practice, and who can use that knowledge to create authentic content, strengthen patient rapport, and support practice growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Presence Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google. Capture in-office content including photos, videos, patient interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments. Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for all offices. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Online Reputation & Reviews Manage Google reviews for all locations. Implement review-generating strategies with patients after appointments. Track weekly and monthly review goals and report analytics. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Patient Rapport & Office Engagement Visit offices to capture patient moments, staff highlights, and same-day content. Support patient appreciation days, office events, giveaways, birthday/holiday content, and practice announcements. Coordinate small in-office promotions (raffles, theme days, contests). ___________________________________________________________________________________ Branding & Content Creation Develop branded graphics using Canva or similar tools. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and office announcements. Assist with updating website content or coordinating with web developers when needed. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Community & Referral Engagement (As Needed) Support local marketing campaigns (schools, community events, sponsorships). Occasionally assist with preparing marketing materials or drop-offs. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Analytics & Reporting Track key marketing KPIs, including: Review count per office Engagement metrics Social media growth Inquiry trends Present simple monthly marketing reports to leadership. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Experience with social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Strong photography and short-form video skills. Ability to edit videos for Reels/TikTok. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients. Canva or graphic-design experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to travel between multiple office locations. Dental or medical marketing experience is a plus but not required. Work Style & Expectations Must be proactive, creative, and able to work independently. Comfortable filming, photographing, and engaging with staff and patients. Able to adapt quickly to changing office schedules or content needs. Professional, positive, and patient-focused at all times. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Compensation Hourly Pay: $18–$21/hr depending on actual dental marketing experience with proven results. Mileage reimbursement as applicable.
