Position Overview We are looking for a versatile, motivated, and patient-oriented team member to join us in a hybrid role that combines Front Desk responsibilities, Treatment Coordination, and limited Chairside Dental Assisting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative dental office. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Administrative: • Greet patients and ensure a warm, professional first impression • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently • Answer phones, manage voicemails, and handle patient inquiries • Collect co-pays, process payments, and assist with daily reports • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Treatment Coordination: • Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence • Educate patients on procedures, insurance benefits, and financial options • Verify insurance and explain coverage and out-of-pocket estimates • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain case acceptance Dental Assisting (As Needed): • Assist the dentist chairside during procedures when required • Prepare and break down operatories following infection control protocols • Take X-rays and intraoral photos (if certified) • Support clinical flow during busy schedules Qualifications & Skills • Prior dental office experience required (Front Desk, Treatment Coordinator, and/or Dental Assisting) • Dental assisting certification and X-ray certification preferred • Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) • Strong communication and patient education skills • Ability to multitask between administrative and clinical duties • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience • Small office environment and supportive team • Employee dental discounts • 5 days PTO after 1 year of employment
