Also, our hygienists are more than hygienists — they are providers, educators, and partners in a patient's overall health journey. If you're a Dental Hygienist who wants to practice at the top of your license, build meaningful relationships, and play a key role in whole-body care, we would love to meet you. ✨What Makes This Role Different We practice systemic and airway-focused dentistry, meaning oral health is never viewed in isolation. Our hygiene team plays a central role in: Helping patients understand the connection between oral and overall health Using salivary testing as a key diagnostic and educational tool Guiding patients through prevention, inflammation, nutrition, and risk factors Being an active voice in treatment planning and patient advocacy This is a role for someone who wants to think, educate, and lead — not just scale and polish. ✨Who You Are Curious, growth-minded, and interested in whole-body health Comfortable having thoughtful, educational conversations with patients A confident (or growing!) educator who enjoys explaining the why behind care A team player aligned with a collaborative, values-driven culture Experience with salivary testing or systemic dentistry is a plus — curiosity and openness to learning are most important. ✨ What We Offer One-hour recall appointments, two-hour NP appointments Supportive, respectful, team-first culture Ongoing training and commitment to lifelong learning Modern technology and a progressive clinical philosophy Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits Full-time or part-time opportunities available ✨ This Role May Not Be for Everyone (and That's Okay) This position may not be the best fit if: You're looking for a fast-paced, production-only hygiene role You prefer a model focused only on cleanings with limited patient education You're not interested in expanding your understanding of whole-body health That said, new graduates are absolutely welcome.
