We are looking for a talented DENTAL  ASSISTANT who is good at assisting with general dentistry and who is highly motivated and forward thinking for our office in cumming, ga. Implant and iv sedation experience is preferred but not required. At least 1 year Experience a MINIMUM. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Set up and breadown of dental procedures • Sterilize and organize instruments • Assist dentist with different dental procedures like RCT, crowns, Fillings • Order supply • Assist hygienist with x rays and other duties • Make temporary crowns and take preliminary impressions • Entering and tracking lab cases Skills required: • Good communication skill • Team player • Should be able to make temporary crowns and take preliminary impressions • Should have experience of assisting with RCT • Good knowledge of open dental or similar software Skills which are preferable but not necessary: • Some ortho experience • Assisting experience with orthodontic procedure • Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, place steel ties and adhesive, take impressions, take ceph, prepare teeth for bonding • Ability take ortho records Competitive salary with paid time off.
