Orthodontic Assistant (Mon–Thurs | 7:15 AM–4:30 PM) Fast-Paced | High-Volume Practice Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment? Join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume orthodontic practice where every day is focused on creating confident, healthy smiles! What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist during a high volume of patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Perform ortho assisting duties such as: Taking impressions/scans Removing/placing archwires, ligatures, and elastics Reties, adjustments support, debonds, and banding Take diagnostic records (photos, X-rays) as needed Educate patients on home care, elastics, and post-visit instructions Deliver excellent patient experience—especially with kids/teens and families What We’re Looking For Ortho assisting experience preferred (or strong dental assisting background with ortho interest) Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible Strong communication and patient-care skills Ready to join a high-performing team and make smiles happen every day?
