Well established specialty endodontic office in Austell, GA is looking for the right candidate to join our team. Salary is negotiable based on experience. No endodontics or previous root canal experience necessary. Only a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a cool experienced team of professionals. This is a full time position and must be able to work on Fridays. Candidates proficient in x-ray taking and 1 year of experience are preferred but fast learning new grads are encouraged to apply as well. Responsibilities Assist the endodontist during consultations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records using our easy to learn software. Qualifications Proficient understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge. Experience with 3D scanners is a plus. 1 year previous experience in dental assisting is required. Ability to take PA and bitewing radiographs Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while providing excellent patient care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
