Dental Office Manager – Ivry Dental (Alpharetta, GA) Start Date: ASAP About Us Ivry Dental is a brand-new family and cosmetic dental practice opening in Alpharetta, GA (30005). We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, shape our systems, and help us create something truly special, together. We’re looking for a caring, detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to help us launch, grow, and lead with heart. The Role We’re seeking a Dental Office Manager who is both organized and kind-hearted; someone with at least 5 years of experience in office management or an experienced front-office professional ready to take the next step into leadership. This is a startup dental office, perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building structure, and wants to grow alongside a doctor who values teamwork, mutual respect, and long-term stability. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth front office performance and an exceptional patient experience, including scheduling, collections, insurance coordination, treatment presentation, patient flow, and team communication, while maintaining compliance, operational efficiency, and strong financial health. Support the doctor in setting up and maintaining systems, SOPs, and patient experience workflows. Collaborate with vendors, labs, and external partners during the startup phase. Maintain a calm, professional, and compassionate tone with patients and team members alike. Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to uphold the practice’s standards of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care. Help build a culture of kindness, efficiency, and joy. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Manager or strong front-desk lead with leadership growth. Experience with PPO insurance verification and dental software (Open Dental preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. A genuine love for helping people, patients, and team alike. Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
