We’re Hiring: Treatment Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator Join our vibrant, fast-growing orthodontic practice as a Treatment Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator! We’re a modern, patient-focused office dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and we’re looking for a motivated, personable professional who loves connecting with patients and helping practices grow. About the Role: This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of patient care, sales, and marketing. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey—from consultation to case acceptance—while also supporting internal and external marketing efforts that drive practice growth. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients, helping them understand treatment options, financial arrangements, and next steps, all while creating an exceptional, welcoming experience. Responsibilities: Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly, confidently, and with enthusiasm Educate patients and families on treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits Drive case acceptance through effective communication, trust-building, and consistent follow-up Proactively follow up with patients regarding pending treatment decisions Coordinate consultations and collaborate closely with the leadership team to maximize conversion rates Support marketing initiatives, including internal campaigns, referrals, patient engagement, community outreach, and social media efforts Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire patient journey What We’re Looking For: A highly detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills. You are outgoing, confident, and results-driven, with a passion for helping patients say “yes” to treatment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable discussing finances, and take pride in contributing to both patient satisfaction and practice growth. Requirements: Sales or customer-facing experience preferred Orthodontic or dental treatment coordinator experience strongly recommended Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable with computers, data entry, and practice management software Ability to multitask, follow up consistently, and work collaboratively as part of a team Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable work ethic Please Note: We kindly ask that you do not call the office about this position—we’re busy providing top-tier care to our patients.
