We are looking for a Traveling Orthodontic Assistant!! Do not apply if you don't have Orthodontic Experience!!!!! Are you a stellar orthodontic assistant with at least 1 years or more of experience? If so, keep reading! Located in Smyrna, our practice offers a modern and refreshingly friendly approach to orthodontics. We have the latest orthodontic technology in a relaxed, comfortable setting. We have a great team, a highly organized office and one of the best orthodontic practices in the city! We have an immediate need for another great orthodontic assistant to join our team! This position requires Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays. You will be required to travel to satellite offices as needed. For your hard work and dedication, we offer a very nice, fast-paced working environment with the latest technology and software. You must have 1-2years of recent/current experience as a hands-on orthodontic assistant to include lab experience to qualify!!! (We are not looking for general dentistry assistants!) Hands-on experience working on patients directly and not just handing the doctor tools. Experience with banding, bonding, direct and indirect bonding, wire changing, x-rays, electronic charting, and lab experience. Invisalign and strong computer and typing skills. Must be well-spoken, highly professional, organized and have a cheerful personality. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, Prepare the instruments and materials required to treat each patient, and obtain patients’ treatment records. Certified Orthodontic Assistants only!
