We look forward to meeting you! We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for patients, and support daily office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish/English). We have 3 additional offices (East Point, Lilburn, Stockbridge) you would need to be able to travel to if needed. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using various office management tools and software Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with attention to detail and confidentiality Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant platforms Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and assisting with clerical duties like photocopying and faxing Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting visitors or clients with their needs Qualifications Proven experience in office settings or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills and customer service background Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail in all communications Previous experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; personal assistant experience is also beneficial Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us as a Front Desk team member where your energy makes a difference!
