Now Hiring: Dental Assistant – Pediatric Focus
 Location: Cartersville, GA Specialty: Kids, Teens & Young Adults
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm About Us:
Here at Royal Smile Studio we are a privately owned dental office in Cartersville, GA, with a mission to create a fun, welcoming, and stress-free dental experiences for kids, teens, and young adults. Our goal is to provide exceptional preventive care while building lasting relationships with the families in our community. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant who loves working with children and has experience in pediatric dentistry and is willing to be multidisciplinary working in operative treatment, hygiene, and front desk as we continue to grow. We are a small team of four and are looking to grow with new team members that values compassion, community, and quality care. Position Details Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days a week; hoping to continue our growth and be working 3 ½ to 4 days towards the end of the year) Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Schedule/Tasks: M, T, W: Clinical – helping assist the doctor in providing operative care for patients that includes but is not limited to: resin fillings, extractions, stainless steel crowns, delivery of inhalation sedation (nitrous oxide). Assistant will also help with hygiene department in obtaining radiographs, polishing teeth, and interacting with patients and parents to develop amazing relationships with them. Marketing and outreach – attending school visits, community events, or helping promote the practice locally Requirements:
 ✔ Licensed Dental Assistant in Georgia (must have radiology certification)
 ✔ Experience working in pediatric dentistry
 ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and parents
 ✔ Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
 ✔ Comfortable helping with community outreach and marketing efforts
 ✔ CPR Certification Bonus if you have:
 🌟 Previous experience with pediatric care that includes behavior management and EFDA certification
 🌟 Familiarity with digital charting (we use Curve software) is a plus 🌟 Passion for community involvement/partnerships and school-based education programs Responsibilities Include: Ensures a welcoming atmosphere and well-prepared treatment room for patients/parents and aid during treatment of suctioning, passing instruments, providing materials all while helping monitor and steady patient behavior Provide instrumentation cleanliness/organization by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment areas; maintaining organization of instrumentation during treatment and storage Help hygiene department in taking diagnostic radiographs, polishing, documenting dental care services by charting in patient records, and educate patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and any postoperative instructions Why Join Us?
