We believe every patient deserves clarity, compassion, and confidence in their treatment journey. 📅 Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM 💼 Position Overview This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in both patient communication and front office coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans while keeping the front desk running smoothly. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Treatment Coordination: Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently Review financial options and assist patients with payment arrangements Coordinate scheduling for treatments Follow up on pending treatments and unscheduled cases Maintain strong communication between doctor, clinical team, and patients Front Office Duties: Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance and assist with billing questions Maintain accurate patient records Ensure smooth daily office flow ✅ Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and insurance Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Knowledge of dental software is a plus 🌟 Growth Opportunity This position offers clear potential for advancement.
