Description

We are seeking a friendly and highly dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for an individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen understanding of dental procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, well-organized, and sterile work environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by delivering quality dental services, educating patients with pre & post -op instructions, entering treatment plans, and efficiently scheduling follow-up appointments. Duties will also include taking dental x-rays, setting up & preparing equipment, sterilizing instruments, maintaining accurate patient records, checking inventory, as well as other tasks as necessary. Proficiency in Dentrix scheduling software is essential, as is a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a dental setting. Office hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:00am - 4:00pm. Some Friday hours available if needed. We value a kind, positive, team-oriented attitude, as well as someone who is reliable, punctual, has strong communication skills, takes initiatives, and has the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with ease. A one-hour lunch break will be provided to ensure you have time to recharge during your busy day. Convenient parking is available to all our employees.
