About the Practice: Esteem Dental Studio is a modern, growth-focused practice specializing in comprehensive restorative care, sedation dentistry, oral surgery, implant dentistry including full-arch AOX and overdentures, and digital/in-house lab workflows. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident clinically, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about both patient care and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to expand their skills in implant placement and restoration, surgical procedures, sedation workflows, digital scanning, and in-house lab work. Clinical Responsibilities: Assist with restorative, surgical, and implant procedures (AOX, overdentures) Perform iTero digital scanning Fabricate and adjust temporary restorations Perform cord packing and isolation Assist in extractions and socket preservation Support oral sedation procedures Assist in implant placement and restoration workflows Perform or assist with in-house lab work including staining, glazing, and finishing restorations Maintain operatory efficiency and organization Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Preferred Qualifications: Experience with oral surgery and sedation Experience with implant dentistry (AOX, overdentures) Experience with iTero or digital scanning Experience with 3D printing and in-house lab finishing (stain/glaze) Phlebotomy experience (preferred, not required) Strong restorative skillset Ideal Candidate: Connects easily with patients and provides excellent customer service Works well in a team-oriented environment Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability Is highly organized and efficient Is motivated to grow clinically and professionally Compensation & Benefits: $22–$32 per hour (based on experience) Monthly bonus opportunities Ongoing training and development in implant, sedation, and digital dentistry Supportive, growth-focused team culture Core Values: Professional Excellence | Customer Service | Accountability | Empowerment | Team Mentality | Organization & Efficiency Why Join Us: This is a place for someone who wants more than just a job.
