We are seeking a full-time General Dentist associate position (2-5 days a week). The doctors you work with are of high importance so I thought I would give you some insight about our team and attributes of their professionalism in dentistry. The practice is dentist-owned fee for service and PPO driven comprehensive dental care practice. It has been in operation over 10 years and the team of doctors with most in-house specialty services…with an atmosphere for collaboration and mentoring. The office is fully digital with CBCT, Itero 5 D Scanner, Sprint Ray Pro 2 printer and in office dental lab upstairs. There is always opportunity for growth and career advancement. Position Description – Associate Dentist Job Title: Associate Dentist Status: Full-time or part-time SUMMARY: The key role of the associate dentist is performing both general and complicated dental procedures from day-to-day patient exams, restorative dental procedures, implants, endodontics, perio treatment, extractions, dentures, partials, and other skills the associate may have, such as Candid Pro/Invisalign. III. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: The performance standard is based solely on patient diagnosis and treatment. Diagnostics are such that every patient is treated as if they were a family member. What treatment would you give your own child, brother, sister, father, or grandfather? This is the primary performance on diagnostics. The performance standards on technical operative are quite simple…do the best job you can do…we consider your own conscious is your guide. We collaborate on treatment and whenever there is a deficiency on the part of an associate or the owner, we work together to improve and remedy such deficiencies. The keynote is humility and self-review. There are no other requirements. II. QUALIFICATIONS: D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree licensed in the State of Texas Approximately 2 years or more dental experience III.
