Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: Why Join Our Practice Balanced clinical and administrative role Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to grow in specialty periodontal care Leadership and professional development potential Private practice with a strong focus on patient experience Schedule Monday–Thursday: 6:30am–3:30pm Friday: 6:30am–2:30pm (End times may vary based on patient needs) Job Responsibilities Clinical Duties Assist the periodontist during non-surgical periodontal procedures Support new patient consultations and post-operative visits Take diagnostic radiographs (panoramic, periapical) and intraoral photos Maintain sterilization protocols and operatory readiness Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout treatment Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Treatment Coordination Duties Build and present treatment plans clearly and compassionately Review fees and discuss scheduling options Schedule treatment and follow up with unscheduled patients Serve as liaison between patients and the clinical team Support patients through the decision-making process Qualifications Dental Assistant experience required Certified Dental Assistant preferred (not required) Experience in treatment coordination, case presentation, or front office a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, friendly, patient-first demeanor Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software experience preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid time off and paid sick time Health and vision insurance 401(k) / retirement plan Annual dental allowance Paid parking (Midtown location) Gym membership access Bereavement leave Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person (North Sandy Springs & Midtown Atlanta) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Bereavement leave Free parking Gym membership Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
