Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics (ACDO) Alpharetta & Cumming, GA This is not your typical front office role. We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients and families through the orthodontic process — from initial consultation to scheduling treatment — while creating a positive, comfortable experience every step of the way. At ACDO, we believe it’s about more than just the teeth… it’s about the experience. Responsibilities • Coordinate and guide patients through their orthodontic treatment journey • Take diagnostic records (clinical photos and panoramic X-rays) • Verify and confirm insurance benefits • Present treatment recommendations from Dr. Francesca in a clear and understandable way • Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with families • Collaborate closely with the Financial Coordinator • Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily flow Qualifications • Previous orthodontic or dental experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Professional, positive, and team-oriented Position Details • Full-time • Monday–Thursday schedule (approx. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) • Must be able to travel between Alpharetta and Cumming locations • Competitive, experience-based compensation About Us Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics has been serving families since 1989.
