Compensation: Competitive pay structure offered as either: Hourly rate, or Hourly rate + percentage of collections Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Job description: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Periodontic Office - Part-Time or Full-Time Availability Location: Periodontal Center of Georgia | 1920 Hwy 20 SE, Suite B, Conyers, GA 30013 Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Fridays Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time options available We are a specialty periodontic practice seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality periodontal care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing (SRP) Perform thorough periodontal charting and maintain accurate clinical documentation Take radiographs and CBCT scans as needed Educate patients on periodontal health, home care, and treatment recommendations Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Maintain operatory cleanliness and assist with sterilization protocols Collaborate with the doctor and team as well as the patient's referring doctor to support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in GA Experience in a periodontal or specialty practice preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and treatment protocols Proficiency in radiographs and willingness to learn CBCT (if not already experienced) Excellent communication and patient care skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities What We Offer Flexible compensation structure (hourly or collections-based) Supportive and team-oriented work environment Consistent weekday schedule with limited Fridays - No nights or weekends!
