Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) Downtown Atlanta We are a patient-focused, privately owned dental practice seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our office emphasizes high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment. We are a blended PPO/fee for service -based practice (not in-network with all plans), allowing us to focus on individualized care rather than high-volume production. Schedule: Thursdays (consistent) Every other Friday Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling and root planing) Conduct periodontal charting Take and review dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Assist in co-diagnosis and communicate findings with the dentist Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications: Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Gentle, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Supportive, low-drama work environment Base Hourly pay (based on experience) + commission on production/collection Modern, well-equipped office with CBCT, digital xrays, intraoral 3D scanners, 3D printers Loyal patient base with a focus on quality over quantity If you are a motivated hygienist looking for a consistent, part-time schedule in a welcoming private practice, we’d love to hear from you!
