Experienced Financial Coordinator (Dental Office) In-Person Position – Not Remote Minimum 5 years of dental insurance experience Alpharetta Smile Care — a privately owned, single-doctor dental practice in Alpharetta, GA — is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Coordinator with strong experience in accounts receivable and collections. Work Schedule (Full-Time, In-Person): Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable (AR) and collections Verify dental insurance and submit claims (we partner with Eassist for verification support) Present treatment plans and follow up with patients as needed Educate patients on payment plans and financing options Answer phones and assist with scheduling as needed Perform general administrative duties (scanning, filing, etc.) Collaborate closely with the Office Manager on reports and financial tracking Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of dental insurance experience Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Dentrix experience required Dental Intel experience is a plus Sales or marketing experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive top pay based on experience + performance incentives Paid vacation and holidays (after 90 days) Comprehensive dental benefits for employees and immediate family 401(k) plan after 1 year Positive, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities
