$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS + QUARTERLY BONUSES! Our Brentwood dental office is actively seeking an experienced, full-time dental assistant to join our thriving team. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and involved with chairside assisting for crowns, bridges, restoring dental implants, dentures, partials, and taking alginate impressions. We are also equipped with an intra-oral scanner, 3D printer, and CBCT. It is not necessary to have worked in a specialty practice to be a good fit for our team. Hours are very desirable: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday and some Fridays. Office location is super convenient in Brentwood, TN. Our doctors are very experienced and provide any needed training on specific procedures. Each of our three doctors is board-certified in prosthodontics and committed to the highest level of care to their patients. We value a supportive, productive, low-stress environment where everyone feels comfortable focusing on patient care and experience. After the initial 90-day period, assistants are eligible for quarterly bonuses, in addition to the listed employment benefits. We also try to keep things fun and lively with other smaller incentive bonuses. Annual CE, CPR certification, and license certifications such as nitrous are paid for as well.
