General Dentist – Raio Dental in Plainview, NY
Location: New York, Nassau County (Long Island West), Plainview
Schedule: M-S 9AM - 5PM
Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period between $800–$1,000/day
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS
Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Requirements
Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in {STATE}
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
Preferred
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
- Implant Placement Experience
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Endodontic experience
- Oral surgery experience
- Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
