We're a GBT Certified practice — and if you're not certified yet, we'll pay for your training. Compensation & Benefits: Per Hour Wage = Top 10% of the Atlanta Dental Market!! $$$ sign-on bonus!! Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Paid training period Full-time also includes: medical and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, CE allowance, and uniform allowance Schedule: Full-time: four days per week - Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 Part-time: Flexible 70 - 90 hygiene appointments — we give you the time to do it right! What We're Looking For: Current Georgia Dental Hygiene license [3]+ years in a general practice preferred Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely warm with patients Why Our Hygienists Stay: Our hygienists aren't treated as production units. You're an essential part of the clinical team, you have a voice in patient care, and you'll work with doctors who back your recommendations.
