We are a growing, patient focused dental office seeking a dependable, detail oriented Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Pay: Negotiable based on experience See application process below. Responsibilities - Assist the doctor during all dental procedures, including taking quality X rays, performing oral evaluations, and fabricating provisionals - Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards - Review charts, document clinical notes, update medical histories, and create NEAs for completed treatment - Educate patients about procedures and answer questions to ensure an excellent patient experience - Help keep the schedule on time by staying organized, anticipating the doctor's needs, and adapting to changes throughout the day - Track lab cases, monitor supplies, assist with scheduling and front office duties as needed, and support the entire clinical team - Complete daily checklists and contribute to a positive, team oriented work environment Our Interview Process: To respect everyone’s time and create a more efficient hiring experience, our interview process is designed to move quickly.
