We care for infants, children, and adults with a focus on airway health, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, biological dentistry, and long-term wellness. We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, enjoys learning, and wants to grow with an innovative practice. What You'll Do  Assist the doctor during a wide variety of clinical procedures  Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans  Perform iTero digital impressions  Prepare treatment rooms and instruments  Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols  Educate patients and provide exceptional customer service  Assist with restorative, airway, pediatric, orthodontic, and surgical procedures  Support clinical efficiency while creating an outstanding patient experience  Cross-train and assist in other areas of the practice as needed Technology You'll Use:  CBCT  iTero Digital Scanner  CEREC CAD/CAM  Dental Microscope  Laser Dentistry  3D Printing  Digital Photography  Digital Radiography Qualifications Required:  Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience  Excellent communication and organizational skills  Positive attitude with a strong work ethic  Comfortable using technology and learning new systems  Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred:  Experience with airway dentistry  Orthodontic experience  Surgical assisting  Digital scanning (iTero)  CBCT experience  Front office knowledge is a plus What We Offer:  Competitive compensation based on experience  Paid Time Off  Paid Sick Leave  Dental Benefits  Continuing Education opportunities  Free Parking  On-site Gym  Modern, state-of-the-art technology  Supportive and collaborative team culture Schedule Monday–Thursday Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday 8:30 AM-12:00PM Compensation $20–$28 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Who We're Looking For  Passionate about providing exceptional patient care  Eager to learn and grow professionally  Detail-oriented and organized  Comfortable in a fast-paced environment  A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients  Looking for a long-term career with a practice committed to excellence If you're ready to join a practice that values integrity, teamwork, continuing education, and comprehensive patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
