Most hygiene jobs blur together: same schedule, same grind, same 'family' that never quite feels like one. Ours doesn't. Ponce Dental Studio's Buckhead location is where you practice hygiene the way you pictured it back in school: assisted hygiene backing you up, intraoral scanners and cameras at every turn, the latest Cavitrons, and a team that actually makes Mondays fun. We're private and boutique, so decisions get made by the doctors down the hall, not a corporate office three states away. Full time, 4 days a week with some Fridays, competitive hourly pay plus a monthly bonus for high performers (our advertised rate is our team's real average, bonus included), up to 3 weeks PTO, and full benefits. .
