About the Role

Dental office in Chamblee looking for a seasoned and experienced assistant to join our team. Dr. Andrew Soulimiotis is a general dentist whose office exclusively treats sleep apnea and snoring and do not do general dentistry. Very low key, low stress office with a small staff and one doctor. We are a fun office with a small staff who likes to work in a positive and energetic environment. We strive to make all our patients comfortable, happy to see us and feel like we care about them deeply.

What You'll Do

• Deliver oral appliances for sleep apnea and adjust them to fit properly
• Take digital pano x-rays and digital impressions with intraoral scanners
• Prepare and maintain operatories and making sure they are properly cleaned/sterilized, stocked, and ready for use
• Review patient digital chart and conduct notes during doctor exam with patient.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to make it a smooth process from the phone call to the time patients leave the office
• Participate with front part of the team in making phone calls to pateints, have proper records for each patient and any paperwork needed during the hand off with the front desk.
• -Keep up with lab cases to make sure they arrive on time, are in the case management software and assure patient already has an appointment.
