About the Role
SmileBox Dental is looking for an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our busy practice. If you thrive chairside in complex procedures and love helping patients feel at ease, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist in oral surgery, including extractions and bone grafting
- Assist with root canal therapy
- Assist with crown preps and deliveries, including impressions/scans and temporary crowns
- Handle emergency patients with calm, efficient care
- Perform expanded functions within Georgia EFDA scope
What You'll Bring
Required
- Current Georgia EFDA certification
- Strong chairside skills and ability to anticipate the doctor's needs
- Positive attitude, reliability, and great patient communication
