You should be comfortable with chairside assisting, digital X-rays, room setup and turnover, infection control, treatment preparation, and keeping your doctor's day moving. Just as important, we're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and does it. Someone who communicates, helps their teammates, takes pride in the details, and understands that how we make a patient feel matters just as much as how efficiently we work. Experience with digital dentistry, CEREC, implants, endodontics, oral surgery, CBCT or scanning is a plus — but you don't need to know everything. Why O'Shea Dentistry?
