About the Role

Tiny Roots Pediatric Dental Studio is looking for an experienced, dependable, and energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, team-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families. We are seeking someone with at least **2 years of dental assisting experience**, with **pediatric dental experience strongly preferred**. **EFDA certification is highly preferred**, and bilingual candidates are a plus. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, maintains a positive attitude, and can help create a fun, comfortable, and efficient experience for our young patients and their families. What You'll Do

  • Assist the dentist during pediatric restorative, preventive, and other dental procedures
  • Take high-quality digital dental X-rays
  • Perform coronal polishing and other expanded duties within the scope of your training and certification
  • Support behavior guidance and help children feel comfortable during dental visits
  • Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants as permitted
  • Sterilize instruments and follow infection control and OSHA protocols
