Key Responsibilities Chairside Assisting: Provide smooth, proactive four-handed chairside assisting across comprehensive general dentistry procedures (crowns, bridges, veneers, endodontics, extractions, implants, and whitening). Advanced Digital Imaging: Utilize 3D digital scanners and MouthWatch intraoral cameras to capture precise scans and high-resolution photos for restorative and clear aligner workflows. Patient Experience: Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit. Clinical Operations: Efficiently manage operatory turnarounds, adhere to strict sterilization protocols, and assist with inventory management and clinical supplies. What We Are Looking For Experience: 5+ years of clinical chairside experience in general dentistry. Software Fluency: Dentrix experience is required. Candidates must be confident and comfortable navigating Dentrix daily. Digital Technology: Proven proficiency with 3D intraoral scanners, MouthWatch intraoral cameras, and clear aligner treatment workflows. Credentials: Active Georgia EFDA certification and current X-ray certification. Core Strengths: Exceptional clinical attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a high commitment to quality.
